Programme profile
Biology is the knowledge about all living organisms, from the tiniest molecules. constituting the cells building blocks, to entire ecosystems. Our future and life quality depend on a sustainable exploitation of living resources, fighting pathogens and improving the production of food.
You will take part in traditional lectures, laboratory work and discussion groups. The programme also includes excursions and field work to study sea eagles, sperm whales, Atlantic puffins and seals to mention some species.
You specialise in either:
Marine Ecology or
Molecular Biology
You can study one semester at a partner university, and you may include 15 weeks of work experience in an international company.
